Scotts Mills

Ive stayed at Scotts mills for 3 years. Perfect location and very spacious unit for an affordable price. I appreciate Jordan the property manager and the maintenance team for always having a speedy response time to any issues I had during my time there.

I'm relatively new at Scotts-Mills and I love it. The Loft apartment is a wonderful space, the staff are friendly and plenty of parking. Working with Jordan the leasing agent have been a great and she made the whole process very easy. You should check this place out. Michael B

Very unprofessional. My tour appointment was canceled last minute with no explanation and its almost impossible to reach anyone. After reading the other reviews Im glad not to be renting here

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES management says "weekly sprays" and this doesn't happen although we literally BEG. would not recommend living here. will write a more thorough review as soon as our lease is over.

While Scotts Mills does have a lot to offer (beautiful lofts, a local dog park, free parking), there are a lot of things I wish Id known before moving in. For starters, the walls are extremely thin. We could hear our neighbors phone vibrate in our bedroom so you can imagine what else we had to listen to. We also had a consistent leak in our bedroom that persisted for 4.5 months that no one could figure out how to fix. Management repeatedly blamed the thin walls and leaking on it being an old building but the plumbing and interior walls are part of the new construction, the reality is they went as cheap as possible when converting a factory building into apartments and didnt add insulation. While the free parking is a perk, park at your own risk. Three of my neighbors had their cars stolen and/or the windows smashed. Package theft was also a big problem but they finally added a lock to the package room. I know they are actively working on making improvements, this review is truly not out of spite - the reason Im posting is because we received an incentive email last summer saying 5 star reviews would deduct $20 from our rent and I wanted to paint a more realistic picture to potential tenants before deciding to spend $2000 a month. - Lease ended July 2022
