Off Campus Apartments

The worst leasing agency in North Philly. Mold in the hallways of my apartment, maintenance never came and fixed any of the issues. Leaky roofs, toilets that kept running, broken AC that took forever to get fixed. The worst part of renting with Off Campus Philly is dealing with the property manager Danielle Penman. She takes forever to email you back NEVER answers the phone. Now Im dealing with trying to get my security deposit back. Its been 2 months since I moved out and I still never received it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this leading agency. THEYRE TERRIBLE.

This company is terrible and takes advantage of college kids! STAY AWAY! My friend has had issues with their fridge and they replaced it with a fridge filled with roaches!!! You are better off going to Mk management or living on campus! My roommates left a passionate voicemail about their problems and you want to know what off campus Philly did? They voided their renewal! Talk about childish and unprofessional! Fix your issues for your customers! Know the saying customers are always right!? Off campus Philly? More like off campus terrible!
