2029 Walnut Apartments

I had an excellent experience living here over the past year. The landlords are so generous, helpful, and kind. They often went far beyond their responsibilities as landlords to improve my experience as a tenant. For example, I left for an entire month and they made sure my plants were watered the entire time. They communicated promptly, and were very organized, straightforward, and honest. I have lived in many apartments in my life, and they are the best property managers that I have had. I consider them friends.

Please allow me a moment to respond to the post from a Miss Kercher. I came to manage this property after my husband tragically died at a very young age in 2016. This was always such a happy building, and I have friends that I have made over the years from the different times that I lived in and/or managed this property with whom I am close to this day. I was so surprised to see this review as it did not make sense. The primary factual error in this post is that the last person to move out of this building moved out about two years ago. So no one has "just moved out." The building is serviced by a major national exterminating company once a month and additional services are provided as needed. At first, I thought that someone had placed this post in error to the wrong property. I then searched and discovered that Miss Kercher is friends with a disgruntled tenant who has been using social media to post false accusations that are currently being handled by our attorney. Miss Kercher is conspiring with this tenant to spread false accusations and our attorney will be adding her to any actions that we may plan to take in the future. We have proof to contest every baseless claim that has been made by this tenant and by Miss Kercher.

One of my best guy friends lived in this apartment (just moved out THANK GOD) and the landlord made it so hard for him, he started going to therapy because of it! He also told me the place is covered with rats. Do not trust this landlord or consider living here!

I live in this building! This is a gorgeous, LARGE apartment with incredible detail AND fully renovated. The kitchen is large and overlooks the living area which feels very spacious, massive ceiling height, HUGE windows. adorable bath with washer/dryer and cozy bedroom. Tenant controlled temperature! The landlord is very responsive and addresses any issues immediately. I have previously lived as an owner occupied landlord and I like things done well -this apartment fit the bill. Cant beat the location
