New Management And New Renovations!!! I have one of the newer apartments and I love it Mark is an excellent landlord. He responds right away to any problems or concerns that you may have and is very attentive & understanding.The Apartments look exactly like the pictures. For the most part the building is very quiet, Ive noticed A lot of the old tenants are moving out. I dont have any complaints. Parking is always available and the contractors are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the great work and upgrades!!

Management is never on site. The occasional contractor stops by, once a week at best, to fix something. This is only during the day & never on weekends. They are only here for a few hours at a time & act like they can't be bothered to answer questions. Getting the number of this place off Google, I've called it & they never answer. I've left messages & never gotten a call back. Management treats this place like they don't even know that it exists. I know that the neighborhood is not great and that this building is basically the first stop for ex-convicts sprung from CFCF; but, still... I, quite heavily, get the impression that this building is the main reason why the neighborhood is trash. Complete hole in the Earth. Major candidate for urban renewal.
