    image Pros:
-Unique lofts. Everyone always compliments my place when coming over.
-Wonderful, beautiful location. I loved walking out to the tree-covered portion of Arch street this building is on. Short walk to center city, south street, NoLibs. Great if you commute out of the city since its right next to i95.
    Cons:
-Absolutely no privacy. Theres no sound insulation so you can hear everything your upstairs neighbors are doing and your downstairs neighbors can hear everything youre doing. I spent a year here having to put up with being able to hear every step, whisper, and moan (yup, thats right) that my upstairs neighbors would make. If your neighbors ever throw a party, you might as well leave for the night if you want any semblance of peace and quiet. Im not new to apartment living and dont expect full sound isolation from any apartment, but this building is particularly bad when it comes to this. My guests would often ask if there was someone else in the apartment because they could hear the upstairs neighbors that clearly. Even if youre on the top floor, you still have to put up with your private (read: sexual) business being shared with your downstairs neighbors.
-The management company is useless. I made many complaints and despite the rules stating that you get a fine if you dont obey quiet hours, they dont do anything about the noise. Whenever I called or emailed Will with issues and he promised to get back to me, he didnt. Even when they attempt to fix issues, they do so with complete incompetence. Example: when the elevator stopped working, people kept getting stuck in it. They didnt put up a sign until I had to call the fire department multiple times and called management and asked why a sign wasnt put up when it first started happening.
-The carpet in the halls are gross and makes the common spaces very unpleasant to look at. They clean weekly, but it doesnt take care of the stains.
-The tenants with dogs are irresponsible and dont clean up after their pups. I often stumbled upon dog urine in the elevator. Many of the stains on the hallway carpets also look like urine stains.
-Management allows the trash collectors to take the garbage through the front instead of using the back door. Expect the entire building to smell like garbage a few days a week.
-Theres really not much that can be done about this, but I found it really annoying: delivery drivers can never find the building and your food/packages will sometimes be delivered to the building next door. The entrance is between non-residential spaces so most people cant find it. I guess the only fix would be to put a big obnoxious sign, but it would probably ruin the aesthetic of the entrance.
-Not much insulation between buildings. This might be a pro for you, but its a con for me. Im a weirdo that likes it cold even in the winter, but my neighbors heat kept my apartment at 74+ degrees all winter long. I actually had to put the a/c on a few times to get it back to being chilly how I like it.
    Neutral:
-This has more to do with Old City and not this building specifically. There arent many parking options available. Thankfully, this building is very close to a hotel that leases their spots for $220/month. Not that bad, but not great if youre used to living in cities or neighborhoods with plenty of free parking.
