If there is a way to give a zero star, I would do it multiple times. The management team of this apartment is the worst of the worst. They never listen to your complaints, nor do they act in the interest of the tenants. Behind the disguise of the building, which objectively is nice, you'll find a terrible group of people who will give you constant stress while your contract is alive.

We helped in searching for an apt for a summer rental for out daughter for her intern position at CHOP last summer in 2022. The immediate management was very nice and informative when searching and looking at the apts. although not easy to always contact via phone. They prepared out daughter's apt for occupancy and did what they could to make us happy, but the apt still needed lots of cleaning after the move in. The previous tenant must have had a cat or a very hairy dog because there was still residue of hair everywhere from the couch and under the cushions to even the bed, I had to take the mattress off and found so much hair and dirt, including previous tenants clothing....not fun to say the least. The building itself is pretty in a great location, quite residential block. The building has all you need but its clear early on that there isn't enough staff to take care of it. The gym is a great convenience but at one point the power went out and the treadmills were never working and the A/C was terrible including in the apt, but management did give my daughter a separate window unit. So overall its ok but management can only do what they are giving the power to do and clearly UPPER management only cares about collecting rent. Its a shame because it really is a nice location and building.
