Would like to second John B's review for this building. HVAC (heating or air) does not work properly. I don't think we can ever go more than 2 or 3 days without the thermostat breaking, and we are left to our own devices to heat/cool the apartment. This is a huge issue during the summer, as with the windows in the building, the units get very, very hot. PMC is less than helpful with providing us with a permanent fix for this issue. If having heating or cooling is a necessity for you, definitely do NOT live here.

Terrible experience living here. HVAC DOES NOT WORK - HEAT NOR AC. It has not worked for more than 2 days at a time since we moved in (is off for month's at a time at points). Didn't have heat during winter. It got so bad, our entire floor wrote a collective letter to management threatening legal action, to no avail. Management office does nothing to help after repeated attempts. They'll always direct you to call someone else or email a retention email address which all go unanswered. I would move anywhere else in the area as there are many options.
