TLDR such a cool building thats well maintained. Weve live at Poth for about six months. Great place so far. When we moved to brewerytown this property was abandoned, watching it be renovated and now live here is so neat! Love the building and its history, location, garage parking, gym 24-hr front desk, new roof deck you can see Center City from property manager Erik has been incredibly responsive to the one or two little maintenance issues and everybody on staff is always so friendly. The building and public spaces have always been cleaned to my satisfaction!

Today I had the privilege of visiting a friend's apartment here... wow is all I can say. Easy to find free parking right on the street, high ceilings, and cool art in the corridors.

I lived at Poth for a year- I was the first tenant in my apartment and Ive never experienced that before. Every new building is going to have some growing pains in the beginning, so I did deal with some construction issues and some of the amenities were still being worked on. But my loft was gorgeous and I had a lovely view of the orchard from my humongous living room window. There are two front desk staff that made living here extra special- Lasha and Nate. They provided exceptional customer service, always. And Tom, the building manager, was always very responsive and helpful. Also, sharing building space with a flower shop and beer distributor wasnt bad either!

I just recently moved here from out of state. Erik and Nate made the entire process smooth and painless.
