        I moved in March 2023 and didn't have hot water for two months. There were always plumbing leaks across the lobby with large trash cans to catch the leaking water from the ceilings. The trash room had trash piled up to the ceiling. When they finally turned the air on, my hvac unit didn't work and a maintenance man told me me the unit had been broken for some time before I moved in. I watched numerous tenants move in and move out breaking their lease due to the horrible conditions and rude and ignorant staff. I eventually did the same. Other tenants complained of a mouse infestation and roach infestation. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THIS IS A MONTIUM PROPERTY AND IF YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH YOU WILL SEE THESE ISSUES ARE ACTIVE IN ALL THEIR PROPERTIES. RUN AND RUN FAST!!!!!!!

        I only went on a tour but the property is very nice. I was concern about parking, but they have 3 lots. Taisha was my tour guide, very thorough and answered all of the questions I had and was very patient. Definitely is considering staying here
