        I hate it here. The person who lives above me is trash. They make so much noise its ridiculous, they listen to their tv so loud youd think theyre deaf. The stomping like theyre having a temper tantrum is insane. Management doesnt care. This is not a place to call home for long term or spend time in all day. Apartments are also small not really worth the price you pay as I believe you can get a bigger apartment for same price elsewhere. Only pro of this building is the convenience as I do work in center city the trolley stops in front of the building and I dont have to drive my car. I cannot wait to move. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Waste of my money and peace

        Only if youre desperate, management is horrendous. They will not respond to any communications and the property manager is barely onsite. Everything is cheaply thrown together and a little over a year later you can already see everything is rundown. Common spaces are not well-maintained as maintenance is on site once a week if youre lucky. Beware! Keep looking

        I've lived here for a year, and love it. The building has quite a history. I'm in a studio, designed to give the maximum privacy possible. The windows are amazing! The property has added improvements during the year, from security items to a fitness center. The grounds are attractive, and it's all kept clean by an experienced crew. Lawnmesha, our onsite manager, is courteous, friendly and attentive to detail, keeping a personal touch with the residents. Most residents are friendly and courteous, and quiet time is, in fact, quiet, which is nice. My immediate neighbors are great. Nope. It's not perfect, but then... what is lol? I am moving - to be closer to family - and I will honestly miss the place.
