The apartments are nestled in a most serene, gorgeous natural setting. Walkable to Valley Green. The apartment has a lot of natural light. Off street parking is a plus! Miss Rose, Property Manager is very nice and efficiently addresses concerns of the tenants.

WOULD STAY AWAY! 10% rent increases yearly claiming its the "market rate." Meanwhile, maintenance requests go unanswered, water gets shut off randomly, power shut off without notice, heat doesn't work or can't control. Trees are nice in community, but have seen multiple cars damaged from fallen limbs in designated parking areas. Classic rental corporation not being in touch with its residents in the slightest.

Just moved in to Cherokee Apartments. So far everything has been great. Had 2 minor service calls & technician came to fix within 24 hours. Community seems very friendly and management team has been super. Grounds are beautiful.
