The leasing agent Jenna was extremely helpful during my tour/onboarding process. She was very personable and answered all my questions. They were timely and thorough in all their information. Their online services are convenient and user friendly. The property is amazing and speaks for itself.

It's Beautiful, Smells Wonderful (Every Lobby). It is a Luxury Residential Community consisting of food and shopping as well as having some sort for amenities.... The Rates are Swell As Well an stuff.

Jenna Baldino helped make the apartment search such a breeze & was there any time I needed her - from texts to emails, she answered my questions promptly and made the transition so smooth. Moving is so stressful & she made it such an easy transition. I couldnt recommend her enough if youre looking for your next place to call home! :)

Paper thin walls. Can hear my Nextdoor neighbor constantly laughing. Can hear my neighbors entire zoom calls word for word. The building is ridden with fleas, the fleas dont go away even in December. No clean air circulation in bathrooms, a breeding ground for mold. Bathrooms have no windows, fans, or functioning vents. The tap water is poisonous to skin, causes severe rashes and eczema due to the excessive amount of chlorine and chlorine dioxide used from the pool. Stopped washing my face entirely and no longer have a rash now. Ironic, right? Ice cubes from the freezer smell like chemicals. No air circulation in apartment period. Have to open windows to breathe oxygen but at the risk of more fleas coming in. Overpriced. The lease states $15 for a guest but they charge you $25. Should be illegal.
