Worst place I ever lived at. They dont do anything you ask you pay a ridiculous amount of money. They will charge your rent extra . I wish I could rate this place a zero stars because this is the worst place Ive ever lived. Dont live here The floors are completely a disaster within three months of you living here your floors will come apart. My walls are chipping and bubbling, and one of the tenants left the water on upstairs and it started dripping through the ceiling into my apartment and theyve done nothing about it they said there was a water leak, and no one brought someone over to test the water this place is disgusting and its not worth the money. I dont know how this place is still standing. They promise you a full renovated apartment and you expect to get it for the price that youre paying but they use old parts that they take off other apartments its never a new part and my AC hasnt been serviced since 2009 they have people working here that dont do anything The Spanish guys all they care about is riding around in the golf cart. They dont do any work
