        AQ Rittenhouse is a wonderful place to live! The concierge desk is consistently staffed by very friendly people. The leasing office is very helpful and responsive. Theres a broad array of people who live here from doctors working at Phillys premiere hospitals to Wharton MBAs, from families to physicists and everything in between. The newly renovated roof deck boasts excellent views of the city, and two grills always available for use. The prices are certainly reasonable for the location, which is about as good as you can get in Philly. Penn and Drexel, 30th Street Station, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, City Hall, the historic Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paulall are within a mile radius. In short, Id highly recommend living in AQ Rittenhouse.
