Do not move into any of their properties! The elevators break down very often, (non-ADA accessible btw) the parking garage has been unsecured without a door for months, allowing strangers to enter the garage, packages get stolen all of the time and they do not care to prioritize our safety. Ive had many packages stolen from the secured package room and all they have to say is file a police report. My car was also vandalized right in front of the property where a camera sits, but they cant show proof of anything. Now its considered one of the worst property management companies I know due to having Greg, the new property manager on their team. He is extremely rude and useless. He speaks in a very condescending tone and doesnt care to build a positive rapport with the residents.

SAFETY! The only elevator in the building is constantly out of service seems like theres always an issue with it This is not a ADA accessible building. We shouldnt have to wait over a week for this to be fixed.

I lived in this building for over 5 years. The location is fantastic, you can't beat it in Fishtown. The management is super kind, Miri was the absolute best and I am so grateful for her being patient with me with extending my lease multiple times. Kobi the apartment manager is great as well. My only qualm is the package issue - not sure if that has been fixed at this point, but packages were constantly stolen and rummaged through, horrible. Even after they added a security door to the package room it still happened. I'd also love to see a gym instead of the game room / party room. Never saw people in there and it seems like a waste of space. Some type of gym would have been used more i think! All in all, i loved it - I just ended up shipping my packages to my parents house :)
