The Granary

I have been living at the Granary for about 6 months now. I am very happy living here. It is very quiet in my apartment. I love living near so much green space. The small dog park is great for potty breaks and to start off a longer walk. I find all of the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The front desk concierges do a great job...especially Westley and April. An example of excellent service happened yesterday: I heard what sounded like water coming out of the ceiling and my dog started barking. So I checked my bathroom and there was water coming out of the ceiling.... I talked to April the concierge and she was already on top of the flooding that was happening in the apartment above me. She was very professional and promised to put in a service request for me. About 90 minutes later maintenance team was at my door - they had already stopped the flooding, they checked my bathroom and fully cleaned up all of the mess. I was expecting that I was going to have to do the clean up myself. So I recommend The Granary for the location, the quiet apartments, the amenities but most importantly the onsite staff and management who all go above and beyond to make this place feel like home instead of just an apartment building.

Had a wonderful time at an event held in this building. The building space is beautiful. The staff are very kind and friendly.

If you're looking to rent in Philly, THIS is the place. I can't say enough good things about The Granary! The move-in process was smooth, the staff are absolutely incredible: Lisa, Louise, Westley, April...just the kindest, loveliest people. The building is beautiful, the apartments are spacious, the view is amazing, and the neighborhood is perfect. All the stars, all the thumbs up, all the high fives The Granary is the best!
