Boston Market

Felt like I walked into a club. Music so loud with profanity. After saying something about the music the employee gave me complete attitude. Four customers got so irritated they just walked out. I have to say that it's embarrassing and uncomfortable just picking up your order. I will NEVER order from here again. This location needs a reliable manager and dedicated employees. DISGUSTING

I am updating my review of this particular Boston Market. I have to say I have never saw a more dedicated staff like the ones that work here. The Air Conditioner has been broken for most of the summer and through many heat waves. That did not stop this crew from delivering a good quality meal each time I have gone. It was like an oven in the store but I was greeted by one gentleman who was pleasant and helpful under such circumstances. The corporate office should visit this location and do something to help these workers out. And as fall approaches I hope the heat works for them. Outstanding work to you all, it did not go unnoticed!!

It appears that this location has gone out of business after a very short time open. While the food quality was not that of other locations, I will not visit the mice infested Welsh & Roosevelt Boulevard location. I am honestly shocked that BM would allow that store to stay open with their host of health violations. Read their Philadelphia Board of Health inspection results and you will surely get sick to your stomach.
