Very negative experience here though I unfortunately did not work with Shaun who is evidently very good per other reviews. I was told I that I owed $2k less than I actually did when filing my returns. Per the IRS, the issues were very obvious and the tax preparer would have been able to see everything they needed to give me an accurate number. I emailed about this and was never given an explanation for the mistake, though I was told twice that they were sorry Im unable to pay my bill, something I thought was a bit rude considering this was not something I mentioned and the bill was paid in full. I simply wanted to understand why there was such an enormous discrepancy, which I think is reasonable. Will definitely not be back.

Diona helped me work through a tax letter that I received from the IRS regarding a tax return and we were able to contest the major findings. Really helpful and explained where the gaps were in my tax return.
