Called from out of state after reading their very informative article about granite sealers. I had additional questions and hoped I might get someone to point me in the right direction. Not only did I get my questions answered, the lady who answered the phone explaned the science behind my countertop problem, what to buy, and where to obtain the product.....knowing I was not a customer of her business. It is truly hard to find this type of customer service in todays environment. Wish I lived closer!

The representative was very helpful in assisting us in selecting our Quartz counter top. They have a large selection.

Trying to resolve a counter top issue don't believe this is a natural thing from the granite. My whole kitchen reno has been a f'ing nightmare. Wishing people would be honest and do it right. Lesher is only responsible for the counters. Don't agree that this is natural veining, I believe this was installer error. I mean after all people make mistakes. When the countertop with under-mount sink was brought to install they arrived with the wrong sink cut in, mixed up which job it was for, like I said things happen. But with the expense of the counter we should be taken care of, I mean we haven't even been able to use our kitchen yet so it isn't a fault of ours. We should of used DownEast had 0 issues with them with our bathroom remodel.

I cant speak to the quality of product but I can speak to the customer service. Its nonexistent. My wife and I went in picked out counter tops and weeks later and multiple attempts on my part to get a quote, they never even called me. No call back, no emails, terrible customer service. I would avoid this place if I were you. If they cant even follow through on a quote, I hate to think how bad the experience would be if you actually spent money with them.

We ordered countertops for our kitchen here on the recommendation of our contractor. We weren't sure if we wanted granite or quartz and Nichole very helpfully led us through all of the decision making. She also tried to find ways to save us money using different configurations of the slab, which was very nice. Once installed, one of the corners of the countertop didn't fit exactly how we wanted in the kitchen, so Lesher came back and fixed the corner for us. Highly recommended!
