I am so thankful for Matt. Finding car insurance is supposed to be get a quote in 15 minutesblah blah blah from all of the commercials we have shoved in our faces, but this is not the case.
I was truly about to lose it and give up. Then I found Matt, and he actually sent me a text that was not an automated response. We had an actual conversation about what I wanted, and he actually listened! (What a concept)
I have a crazy work schedule, but he kept corresponding. I didnt feel like I was being hounded.
He got me a policy, and answered all of my questions.
He will be stuck with me for the rest of his life now though, so I apologize for that.

Matt and Jenny are personable, knowledgeable, professional, and they care about their customers. We've been with Farmers 20 yrs! Now our daughter began driving. I know she's in good hands, too!

Fair rates and good customer service. If my rates go up on my first renewal, as seems so prevalent these days, I will ammend my rating and my feedback.
