Hello again, Brandye. I am sorry you felt disappointed that our Prism Sunset Overlay Dress is sheer. We describe it as such in the item copy, and I understand that you possibly didn't see that. Our customer service lead, Leah, offered to help you with a return and you never actually initiated a return of any kind. Your comments on social media were received by me, Cassie, and I tried to communicate with you in a respectful manner. I cannot apologize for the duration of time that your made-to-order dress took because it was also clearly outlined in the listing copy and I, myself, cut and sewed your dress. We are still available to help you initiate a return and Leah offered to make an exception for you, but you insisted on filing a chargeback which is a difficult, lengthy process that you will probably be disappointed by. If you would like us to find a different solution and process a refund, we are still open to doing so, and please also note our policy regarding respectful dialogue with our staff (including on social media). We have offered to find a solution that works for you, and we hope to hear from you so we can make you feel better about the dress I made. Warmly, Cassie
