My initial consult was ok. Then I was ghosted for 2 months with no response to phone call or emails. Ultimately my time and money was mostly wasted as I got few answers for the $275 consultation fee I paid.

Spent $1250 for a married filing jointly + sole proprietor. Caught and corrected several obvious errors myself in the process. Reps were pushy, lacked empathy, and cost me an extra $6k in tax payments.

BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.They charge almost $1,000 to do simple tax work and offer mediocre services. It's robbery! Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else! I have friends and family throughout the US with multiple LLCs and they laughed when I told them how much I pay. This place is a complete joke.

I flipping love the service that this organization has to offer. Heather Hua and Micelle Gardiner are amazing, no matter how you've managed to mess up your book-keeping they will take the time to help you, and suggest a better path forward. I highly recommend them, and this organization for your business/personal accounting needs!
