        Christina was amazing! She did Botox on my forehead twice and the most recent visit she did a Botox lip lift! She was gentle and educated me along the way. The facility was clean and everyone was very nice and professional! My next visit I plan to do lip filler and I cannot wait.

      Any time a customer expresses dissatisfaction we do our best to address it promptly. We often offer complimentary services for the future just to ensure people are happy, or issue a refund if a refund is deemed necessary. Unfortunately in this case, the customer did not give us a chance to address this situation.
      With tattoo removal, we offer free in person consultations where we address the number of treatments, costs, side effects and all potential outcomes. Our business has been the number one tattoo removal option in the Northwest since 2015 and have removed thousands of tattoos effectively. Our goal is 100% client satisfaction, however, in the world of tattoo removal it is not always possible. We take all feed back constructively and will use this customers concerns to do better in the future.
