It was a joy to work with Omid and Rubix Properties in Beaverton to sell my friends house expeditiously after he was seriously injured by a fall, subsequently was hospitalized, and will soon be moved to an assistance care facility. I felt that Omid did not exploit my friends situation and worked with me to get a fair price for the house that benefits my friend as well as securing for his company a price that will result in an advantageous profit.
