Wow! The lady I talked to "Darla" was completely incompetent. Couldn't answer any of my questions. I felt like she was brushing me off just trying to get me off the phone. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We found Downtown Development Group and had a great experience. In fact, it went beyond our expectations. Six months ago, they helped us understand the market and buy exactly the property we were looking for. While we lived there, they were always ready to support us with property management advice and finding the professional services we needed. They see their customers as people that they serve no matter what, not just as short-term deal opportunities. That makes a huge difference through the ups and downs. They are fantastic in negotiations and can get you what you need in the short term, but they are also there for the longer term if you need.
