Suzanne and Jana and the rest of their team helped me with the confusion and emotions of selling my house. They advised me on what I could do to make my house more attractive to potential buyers. Both of them explained fully the selling process and helped me during the negotiations. Their knowledge and professionalism helped my house sell faster that I expected at a price I was happy with. If I ever return to Portland and buy a house, I would hire them immediately.

We were first-time homebuyers moving to Portland and had a great experience working with Amanda Davis and Suzanne Clark. We did some of our searching from out of town before moving here, and worked with Amanda remotely, sending her listings we liked, and seeing some properties in person. When it came time to make our offer, Amanda talked to us about the market, prepared us for possible scenarios, and guided us through the negotiations, inspections, and ultimately to closing. Earlier this year when the market was still red hot and we were hearing stories of people looking for months and losing out on multiple offers, we breathed a sigh of relief after our closing and realized that overall, our experience was relatively seamless and certainly *less* stressful than we were expecting!
