Honey Bucket Portable Restrooms

We pay for a weekly service at a small business to pump the grey water tank for the last year. Spoke with multiple managers about missing service. This has still repeatedly happened over and over again. They only offer 20$ credit for a missed service yet I pay 400$ per month for this service. How does that math add up? They could just not show up for an entire month and I still owe them over 300$??? I spoke with a manager about needing communication to customers about reasoning for missed service. Has not happened although promises have been made. Look elsewhere for your needs especially if you are small business.

Awful service. Always heard bad things about their service so I stay away from using them. Had a last minute order I needed filled and our regular provider was unable to make it in the timeline I needed. Honey Bucket told me it wouldn't be a problem to get it in the timeline I needed so I decided to try using them. The day it was supposed to be delivered I called for an ETA and one could not be provided so I was promised a call back and never got one. The next day it was still not there. I called and nobody could provide an ETA but was ensured it would be there that day. The next day, it was still not there. I called again and asked to speak with a supervisor but was told there were no supervisors available but that they would have one reach out. This also did not happen. At the end of the day I called again and asked to talk to a supervisor, I was given their voicemail and I explained the situation and requested a call back and never got one. I was promised a call back 4 separate times and never got one call back. The bathroom ended up being a day later than our original supplier said they could get it to us. 3 days after the day it was supposed to be there with no communication from anyone at Honey Bucket. I called again asking to speak with a supervisor to let them know how the situation was affecting our work and again, was told nobody was available. I'm sure now that the review is here, I will see a response but it is pathetic that this is what it takes for someone to care.

I had them come last week to pump my RV. They came, seemed like everything was fine. After a week (Tuesday) the toilet was completely full, which is impossible since it's a 50g tank. They said they'd come and pump it again. I told them to call me and they never did. Their driver wrote a note that he "couldn't leave me a message." A clear lie. Then I was told I could find out this morning when the manager was coming to see the problem and fix it, and I called to be told they can't tell me his schedule or when he's coming. This company is terrible. Don't waste your time and find someone worth while.
