So far, no good. I've called twice now to get a quote on a trailer, both times I talked to someone who told me they would get back to me right away via email with a quote, and.....crickets. If I ever hear back from them, maybe I'll write a review regarding the actual trailer, service etc.

After renting a mobile office for 3 months during a remodel project I would not recommend this company. Our first invoice was a much higher price than the original quote we received. This is because they add on a ton of fees for things like paying by check or requesting a monthly statement. The unit itself was okay, poorly insulated and finished with wood paneling from the 70's. When we were ready for pickup you either pay another $250 "convenience" fee or they won't schedule a pickup until they can charge you another month of rent. Even though we cleaned the unit before it was picked up, Willscot charged us $300 for cleaning and to replace the HVAC filters. Shame on us for not reading the other reviews before using this company.

Next time I will go somewhere else. They don't operate very ethically in my opinion. You want an easy jobshack rental? Nope, they will make it frustrating with extra charges at every turn. Then you get a "customer success specialist" ha.

Willscot has been an absolute nighmare to work with. Their billing is archaic and you can never make sense of any of it. On our first invoice they charged us for a YEAR of rent instead of a month. 7 months later and I'm still waiting for them to get it right. All the while they continue to charge late fees and interest charges. Run, don't walk, away from this bookkeeping headache. BTW, we rented a job trailer from them previously and had the same issue. Thought it was a fluke. NOT! As mentioned in another review, they find every excuse in the book to overcharge you. Example:. We ordered the incorrect size trailer. Their people delivered/set up/tore down/returned it all in the same day. They charged us for damages to two things and their employees were the only people who touched it.
