      image My aging water heater started leaking so I contacted Joe via text. He was very responsive and gave me options to choose for my replacement water heater. Once I made a selection, he was out the same day. It's rare you can find someone to communicate through every step in the process and be so quick to response and resolve the issue.

      image Although he was responsive, the quote was very high and he backed out and cancelled on us (with foul language and snarky response) because we needed him to fill out an online form for our home warranty so that we could be reimbursed. Very unprofessional. Wasted our time and our tenants are still without hot water. sigh, starting over.
