Luis and his crew did did a great job painting our house exterior this summer. Luis is very detail oriented. He noticed while painting that the satin sheen suggested by Sherwin Williams did not look very good on the type of cedar siding we have. He worked with the paint rep to replace the paint with a flat finish. The results look fantastic! Luis is also a general contractor so we hired him to replace an aging sliding glass door that had started to leak. He replace the door and repaired some damaged flooring due to the leak. He did a great job we're really happy with the results. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Luis and his team were great! They worked efficiently and stuck to the estimated costs. Luis took care to communicate the details of the project and issues that could arise. He was really pleasant to work with and I'll call him for future projects.

Luis and his team of professionals did awesome work. Price could not be beat and he stayed within the original estimate. The quality of work was Class A! Great job communicating specifics and suggestions.

VERDICT: Smart, reliable, and professional do-it-all's that have excellent business and relationship skills, resulting in a job that is done right the first time with no surprises, in budget and ON TIME! NOTE: In the below pics, IPS replaced all flooring (carpet and LVT), painted ALL walls, ALL doors, ALL baseboards, ALL Ceilings and refaced ALL cabinets. Luis (owner) and company did an INCREDIBLE job getting my house ready to sell. I initially reached out to them to paint the interior of my house, but upon walking the house and discussing other work that needed to happen, I was also informed that they do flooring and even Kitchen cabinet re-facing! In essence, they became a one stop shop for all I needed done. They did an INCREDIBLE JOB. The house looks absolutely incredible. A few key thoughts on my experience: 1.) My main concern (that I made very clear with Luis in our initial job walk) was my time sensitivity. Any delays in the job would result in compounding delays in our ability to BUY a new house in our new state. He assured me that no other work would be scheduled over ours, and that it would start and stop ON TIME. He delivered! Perfect job, done in the time frame agreed to with ZERO delays. #MyHero 2.) I quoted out several other companies. NONE of them inspired any confidence in my. Then Luis (and his crew) came by. They were an impressive group. Extremely confident, and clearly pro's at what they did. They saw what I didn't even see, and even fixed some pretty gnarly issue with the walls and ceiling. Impressive attention to detail. 3.) Their quote was really detailed and accurate. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I work a lot with contractors at work. This is high end. They define exactly what they are going to do, and just as importantly, what is out of scope for the project. They handed me my scope of work well before the project start date to give me time to review and adjust. This resulted in ZERO surprises. No one likes surprises. 4.) Great communicators! They communicate with you in the way YOU like to be communicated with. For me that was text. I got several update texts (with pics) showing progress and assuring me that project timeframes were not slipping. I'm a big communicator. This was critical for me. A+ for communication skills.
