Estevan was very good. He said he takes pride in his work, and the finished result showed that. He is easy to talk to and do business with. The comments I had were easily resolved, and when I saw what I didn't like at the beginning, he totally agreed with me. I will go back to this company. They also did my roof, and I was pleased with them. They have done several of my neighbors' roofs. They work for repeat business. They are RJRamos, but the painting is called Freshcoat also. A heads up to anyone with older wood siding and paint that may contain lead. From a distance our house looks great, the crew did a good job. Up close the scraping is very uneven and not what I was hoping for in hiring a professional crew. I was told they cant sand lead paint. I had assumed it would look consistent and smooth when they were done, it doesnt. The pictures show just a few of the spots, its like this pretty much anywhere that receives a lot of direct sun. I really just wish someone would have told us ahead of time how this would turn out, we may have considered new siding. They were about a month late to start our project due to staffing issues. We were told it would be a two week job but it was done in three days and started while we were out of town, which I want very happy about. The actual painters werent from Fresh Coat either, it was another company who actually showed up and painted. They were great but still, not what I expected hiring a reputable company.
