        I went to return a material that Julia messed up and she didn't want to reimburse the cost of it, plus multiple times they sent me to different stores to grab material that they didn't even had in their store to complete the order, thanks Sherwin Williams to make me waste my time and money. Good thing it was just a gallon and not a bigger order.

        On their website it clearly says that they recycle paints (5 gallons maximum).. well, today I went and they tell me no and to go to the recycling point in the city...

        Needed paint and stain to match new Marvin windows. Nicholas was great and finding and mixing matches and providing advise on doing the job. The 30% discount running at the time made Sherwin-Williams a great value.
