I would highly recommend the services of Elizabeth Holloway PA-C at The Oregon Clinic Plastic Surgery West. I had the pleasure of seeing her for micro-needling with PRP and was pleasantly surprised with the results after my first session, I cant wait to book my next! On top of the results and confidence boost from the treatment I received, Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable before the procedure. The last thing I want to note is that she has a 10/10 personality and brightens up the room to make you feel confident and taken care of. The entire staff is very pleasant and if you are interested in any services offered at Plastic Surgery, I would highly recommend this location.

Ive had nothing but an excellent experience from start to finish with Dr. Fichadia. The office staff are also professional and informative. I recently had a breast reduction done here and my results have been spectacular. Dr. Fichadia and her team made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I am honestly tired of working with this office. I feel as though my medical needs are not being taken seriously. I had an initial appointment with Dr Fichadia that was via video conferencing due to the pandemic. I was told by their receptionist that it would be about $100 for this initial appointment. Turns out he did not check on that at all, because I ended up being charged $265 even after my insurance took off a chunk. I waited for weeks to hear from them to follow up on my surgery. I finally get a voice-mail during work hours, but when I go to call back I am put on hold for over half an hour, and finally had to hang up because my lunch break ended. I finally just made the appointment online. I then call in a few days before my procedure to find out what its going to cost me (for real, since then first quote I got from their office was so off the mark). I was told I'd get a call back at the latest the next day. Of course, I didn't hear back the next day so I called in the day after (day before my appointment) to follow up on the call back I didn't receive. I was told by another receptionist (now the third person I've spoken to in their office) and she said the insurance couldn't give a quote because they didn't know the size of my mole. I asked what needed to be done to have that information and they said id need to see the doctor. Excuse me? I paid $265 to have the doctor see me. Absolutely unacceptable. They said they would call me back after speaking with insurance. It is now less than 24 hours before my appointment and if I cancel I am afraid they may try to charge me a cancellation fee. This 3rd receptionist I spoke with assured me that wouldn't happen, but after having been mislead several times now I have very little confidence. Completely unacceptable behavior from a medial office.
