I had a spinal fusion/laminectomy 7 years ago and Dr Kellogg is amazing. I was in horrible pain and could hardly walk but since surgery I have not had one twinge of back pain and no sciatica nerve pain. Ive lost 86 lbs because I can walk and exercise again. I am eternally grateful. This was literally life changing!

Dr Kellogg replaced a disc in my neck. I still have the same pain. He also severed my phrenic nerve for my left lung. It is paralyzed. When it collapsed,it was the most pain I ever experienced. Don't let him operate on you. I had my surgery 2017. I live with every day.

Do not go here if you value your quality of life. Dr.Kellog and his assistant Omar are never on the same page when it comes to talking to patients. They always tell me something different. Dr.Kellog came up with the idea to operate on my L4 and L5 and failed to mention my s1 was also herniated until AFTER the surgery. Ended up with worse pain than when I started before the surgery with extreme leg pain. I cant work or finish my studies as a nurse thanks to this guy because my quality of life went down due to the more pain he put me in. He lied to me saying i wont have any leg pain after my surgery its worse pain now. He lied to me and said i would be able to walk a mile after my surgery, but i couldnt even sit up without passing out for three days straight. They didnt have an answer for me on why it was happening either. Kept being lied to by this doctor and he put me in more pain then when i started. After surgery I went back and he gave me options about certain things we could do that i have no idea of because im not the doctor he is. I dont need options I need solutions. He kept saying everything looks great so if it looks so great why am i still in so much pain? AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS! He has many ongoing lawsuits and malpractices for a reason. Do your research on this guy first. Thank you doctor for making my life worse. Also no doctor wants to except me because ive had surgery within a year since dr.kellogg operated on me. So im SOL in pain currently waiting for a year to pass so another doctor can help my situation better.

Jordi did my first back surgery and only! Jordi was suppose to preform ALIF to remove L5-S1 found out 6 weeks later after a MRI showed L4-L5 was removed not L5-S1. Another warning sign to go else where the front desk lady (not Jackie) forged Jordi's signature on my narcotic refill because they didn't "know where he was." She no longer workers for him. Would like to hear from those of you who rated him 5 stars how you are doing now? People do your research with Medical Board of Oregon that will tell you everything about him. Here are photos from the medical board website concerning Jordi. He REMOVED THE WRONG DISC AGAIN on a patient in 2018!! Apparently he didnt learn his lesson in 2014 when he removed the wrong DISC in my back! Jordi thank you for messing my body up. I trusted you as a Surgeon you took a oath and failed!!! Now I have ileostomy stoma, have to self cath and wear adult diapers all because you removed the wrong disc. I wish I could get a hold of every person you did ill will too against and have you listen to our horror stories!
