Before I even had my first appointment they were telling me I never got the X-rays they ordered. I had to tell them exactly when and where I did them before they found them. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late unfortunately, after driving an hour and a half and finding no handicapped parking, and was turned away, but not before telling me again that I never did my X-ray. I rescheduled and the day before I due to be seen, they said that there was an issue with my insurance and that I may be charged. I rescheduled and called my insurance, who said that there was no such issue. I'm now due to be seen this week and they told me again today that I never did my X-ray. As if the wait times on hold trying to contact them weren't frustrating enough... I've been enduring autonomic dysfunction and chronic pain, as well as the possibility of paralysis while being jerked around.

The Oregon Clinic Neurosurgery & Spine is a very busy place but your wait is very worth your time. From the front desk to PA's to Doctors, everyone is very helpful. Dr. Medress and his PA were both easy to speak with answering all of my questions. 5 stars from me.

After being on hold for twenty five minutes I find out they lost my referral. Im told I need to call and have it resent, two doctors asked me to be seen at this clinic again. Why do I need to do your job when you lost the referral? You should be the one calling not me!
