Dr. Wysocki and the staff at 8 Hearts have truly saved my health--not only my gut health but my overall wellness. I started seeing Dr. Wysocki 6 years ago at a time when my gut health was in a very precarious place. He and his staff have offered many tools that have supported my health in a variety of ways and brought me to a place where I can enjoy living again. Dr. Wysocki's expertise along with his empathy and understanding of body, mind, spirit connection make him the perfect choice for me. Dr. Josh has been helpful in so many ways including acupuncture and using his expertise to support me as well. The staff are responsive and kind. I am so thankful for 8 Hearts.

When a receptionist demands a credit card before ever speaking to a doctor, it's a big red flag for me. He contradicted himself twice about charging me if they can't get me on the phone. (or "get me on the phone" for the consult? Who knows) There's nothing that says "money before clients or care" than demanding credit cards before the visit. I've never had ethical or successful care from companies that do this. Not okay. Don't recommend.

I'm very disappointed in the care and service I received. I heard about Dr. Wysocki from podcasts I was listening to about SIBO treatment and was excited to work with him. He put me on a heavy treatment protocol for my borderline SIBO. I started feeling sick on the protocol (die-off can be normal) but got worse and worse for weeks after the treatment and went to the ER twice for unbearable pain. Couldn't reach anyone at the clinic for guidance and was told to schedule a new appointment to follow up (aka pay more money). I was shocked how no one followed up to even provide support or check on me after prescribing such a protocol. This truly shows a genuine lack of patient care. In the end, the protocol threw my hormones off balance completely. I received surgery for an underlying condition that the treatment made worse. In addition, I've had reimbursement issues with the clinic, spending hours on the phone with my insurance and Josh. The clinic refused to reimburse me what I overpaid. Overall, I do not recommend this clinic and suggest to seek care elsewhere.

Ive been Dr. Wysockis patient for over six months now. I originally came to him for help in resolving my gut issues, which mostly fell under the umbrella of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). Unlike many other doctors, its evident that Dr. Wysocki truly cares about his patients. I find that hes extremely attentive and is always aiming to address the root cause of ones issues instead of simply prescribing one with medication to mask their symptoms. I can say with a fair bit of confidence that Im far more educated than the average patient when it comes to the subjects of gut health, vitamins and minerals, brain neurotransmitters and what have you. Even still, Ive found working with Dr. Wysocki to be highly educational. Ive managed to acquire a tremendous amount of knowledge during our time working with one another. Hes even helped me dive into my raw genetic data from 23andMe to find ways in which I can further optimize my health. I highly recommend working with Dr. Wysocki to address whatever gut issues you may have!
