        Horrible home mortgage service. They have been servicing our Mortgage refinance for three months now during COVID-19. We have excellent credit and have met all the paperwork deadlines from the underwriters and yet they have gone beyond the rate lock deadline which was a great rate. Now, unlikely that we will pursue the services offered by Wells Fargo. Whats sad, is were currently banking clients and we had a previous home mortgage loan with them years ago and paid it off and yet we had to jump through hoops for three months with documentation as if we had never done business with them before. Totally ridiculous and now considering changing all our banking needs from this institution.
