Outstanding service! Jennifer Leon has the perfect combination of people skills and thorough knowledge of her business. She worked to get us the best possible rate and when there where choices she provided options and tradeoffs and let us decide what was best for us. Jennifer shared our enthusiasm for buying our home and seemed as excited as we were when things went so smoothly that we could close sooner than scheduled. She made herself available and made us feel like it was never a bother even when it may have been an inopportune time. The Guild Mortgage portal was helpful and easy to use when uploading documents and completing tasks. Jennifers assistant Suzy was efficient, enjoyable, and very straightforward about what was needed. Because of that, we did not waste time repeating tasks. Jennifers communication was excellent both with us and with the rest of our Portland team. Jennifer Leon at Guild Mortgage, Erica Goodfriend at Think Real Estate and Juli Spink at WFG Title worked so well together and truly made us feel like we had a team committed to making our home purchase a success. We bought the house long distance and realized multiple times it would not be going as well if we were dealing with an online mortgage company. Ive worked with Jennifer twice now for buying a house. Shes a creative problem solver and extremely informative. Cut and dry, no nonsense, and efficient - other lenders Ive worked with dont hold a candle to Jennifer.

We were first time homeowners, moving from Los Angeles to the Portland area, and connected with Jennifer through our realtor. We felt it appropriate to evaluate three different lenders, and once we met with Jennifer, we immediately felt welcomed and confident that she was the right fit to join alongside for this huge step in our lives. My husband and I wanted to work with a lender who was straightforward and would be able to present a variety of loan options and give expert adviseall of which Jennifer was happy to lay out for us. ME: Yeah, moving to Portland has been so easy. Our mortgage lender was insanely helpful. We knew the moment we talked with her she was going to be the one even though we were shopping around. CO-WORKER: Ours was amazing, too. Who was your lender? ME: Jennifer Leon. CO-WORKER: What?! Same here! Small world. We LOVED working with her. You know you found a gem when you can bond with a co-worker over your mortgage lender. Jennifer is the GOAT (greatest of all time) when it comes to mortgages and home buying. I've never seen someone so engaged in the process and available to help any time. She won us over the first video chat, where she was real with us and asked all the right questions. It never felt like a sales process, but just a friend helping you that cares. She's authentic, genuine and knows what she is doing the real deal here! We moved really fast with the home buying experience and she greatly, greatly exceeded all expectations and was always a step ahead to guide us.
