Andrea Moore is outstanding and comes with our absolute highest recommendation. We were new to the home-buying and mortgage lending scene and in an incredibly tight and fast-paced market in Portland. Andrea is honest and responsive, she genuinely has her clients best interests in mind. As first time buyers, she spent time helping us understand the process and our options as well as work with our complicated financials. When we refinanced I shopped around but came back to Andrea as she gave the best service and rates. And unlike impersonal big online companies that constantly lure you in to refinancing, Andrea was almost reluctant as she thought we already had a great loan (there were other factors that she saw and agreed it was a good option to proceed). Definitely recommend!
