Risse and her team at American Pacific Mortgage were phenomenal to work with. She was so easy to communicate with, answered all of our questions along the way, and her and her team were always on hand to help if we needed it. This was the second home we've bought and it was SO much easier working with Risse than with the prior mortgage servicer we had. I would highly recommend Risse!!

Risse Davis, of American Pacific Mortgage and Melissa Crouch, were extremely helpful in helping me obtain a 2nd mortgage. It was done quickly and a smooth experience. My husband and I were lucky enough to be in a position to buy our first home in 2020. We were even luckier to have been referred to Risse for securing our mortgage by our realtor. Having been renters our whole adult lives, we were a bit daunted by the whole home buying experience. Risse was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful throughout the whole process (which lasts for weeks and sometimes longer). I can't say enough about how Risse made time for us to explain things, ask questions and get more clarity on what we needed and what steps were next. She is a true professional in every sense-organized, kind and focused on people (over profit). Please do yourself the biggest favor and talk to Risse if you're considering buying a home and want to get the proper support to go through the nerve wracking experience with someone who will take care of you throughout the whole journey!
