Ann helped us purchase our home last year (2016).  We can't recommend her enough.  We had a very complex multi-family and VA loan situation.  She researched many options and came up with some very creative solutions. At one point we didn't think there would be a solution for us.  She dug further and found a way to make it work.  She knows her "stuff" inside and out.  She was also patient in walking us through all the details and her follow-up was excellent.  She also has a great support staff.  This year we refinanced the same home when she found some better rates.  Thanks Ann and your staff also.

Ann is the best loan officer we have ever worked with! Her estimates are conservative and always higher than the final numbers.  We have purchased 5 homes in the past 14 years and Ann helped us with 3 of them. The times we were unable to use her, she referred us to someone else who carried the product we were looking for.  We can't recommend her enough!

Ann Hays is a genius with numbers. She provided us with multiple options to finance our first house. She is extremely friendly and knowledgable, and will do everything she can, to get you financing at the best rate. thank you Ann! we love our house!
