I recently purchased an investment property in Oregon with Kody Porter as my loan broker. In an era of 8% mortgages, Kody was able to beat that significantly. Throughout the process, from the beginning to the close of escrow (and after), he was consistently keeping me prepared well in advance of any deadline. He also had an instant and detailed recall of any provision or issue when I called with questions. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Kody was a dream to work with. As first time home buyers, it was imperative that our broker hold our hand through every tedious aspect of the process and ensure that we received the best possible rate. He made himself available to us at every hour of the day/week to answer questions and make what would have otherwise been a stressful process, a breeze. Kody was truly amazing and SO reliable. Im a single first time homeowner. My knowledge of this process was very limited. I used Kodys services for my loan process. Kody was so fast at getting all my paperwork squared away. We worked with one of my family members who lives out of state so there was added complication to our process. But he was quick to get everything ready to go. During the looking process he told me to send him listings and he would give an estimate for my monthly payment with varying down payments. Sometimes these listings would come up last minute, he was still on top of it with being able to reply quickly. I had many questions and he had all the answers, if not he would make it a priority to get the answer. Again SO reliable. This process can be intimidating for a first time homebuyer and he put me at ease throughout. When I couldnt get ahold of title one afternoon for a time sensitive (simple) question I called him and he answered. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone who knows NOTHING about this crazy process (and those who do.) Hell guide you through yo the other side.
