Sent all required documentation for a mortgage refinance on February 12th. Didn’t hear back for 17 days. I had to leave a voicemail and email in order to get the ball rolling.
Another company offered my wife and I a more competitive rate, with lower fees and it took them 2 days to send over preliminary paperwork, and we were able to schedule an appraisal within 24 hours.
We decided to go through Mortgage Express and use Christian Disney, who helped my wife and I buy our house in 2016.
PS- I’m a huge fan of OnPoint and have been a member since Portland Teachers, so I’m a bit disappointed by this experience.
