        I am on a work trip and am happy to have found this place. There was only one lady working the front. She was fast, attentive, and very nice despite being incredibly busy. There was one Cook during most of the lunch rush. He worked as quickly as he could. My food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned and battered well. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waffle had a nice crispness to it and was still soft and pillowy. If I lived here, I'd be a regular. My only small complaint is that it was cold.

        They lost our order and didn't fully admit it. Gave us drinks on the house and said it would be made asap, which still took quite a while. In all, we waited for the food for over an hour and had to remind them a few times.

        It's a simple pub. But the food is excellent, and the service is friendly. Burger and beef stew were outstanding.
