The technicians were solid but the customer service people treated me like dirt. And the only option for payment is to send them a check or call with a card--no online payment option, which is inconvenient.

I had an alarm system installed as well as some outdoor cameras. The technicians arrived when they said they would and were very nice. After the system had been installed I had questions, and was given a fast response, and a technician came out to double check the connection in the system. Thank you Phillips for your help and care

Phillips Electronics Alarm has enabled my neighbor to film in my windows and use their system to stalk myself and my family. They installed and aimed cameras on my neighbor's home that look into my windows and backyard. My neighbor has then used these cameras to see when I am out as well as my and my families activities in my home. When I called to inform them how their system was being used and requested that the camera be redirected they refused and stated that it is my neighbor's right to film into my home. The customer service rep hung up on me when I asked for his name. I would not recommend using a company that supports voyeurism/stalking of people and their families.

Had high hopes but in the end we waited and waited and waited for responses. The quotes continued to include items we specifically said we didn't want. They wanted something in the realm of $200+ per hour to install cameras. With the lack of attention to detail, I am certainly not going to trust them to secure my property. Looking elsewhere.
