Karen did an excellent job selling my moms home! My mom had to go to an adult care home after being in her home for 63 years. It was emotional for all the family but Karen guided us through the process and was always available to talk and answer any questions. She was always compassionate and understanding. Karen went above expectations by finding companies for repairs and services, planting flowers, installing a light fixture, cleaning the house and more. After a lot of work, my moms house went on the market on a Thursday. Karen had open houses on the weekend and it sold by Sunday evening with multiple offers. Thank you so much Karen!
