We looked at homes for months and found several homes we thought we 'had to have'. After walking into our forever home Josh understood that, through the market 'issues', we had to have our home. We wanted to overbid massively, but Josh walked us in and told us the realties and what we could get our home for. Due to his wise advice we secured our dream home for less than our wildest anticipations.

I had a really great experience working with Josh. When I relocated to Oregon, I didn't know what real estate agencies to work with - this is a completely new region of the world for me. I went to open houses, met a few agents, and tried searching with Redfin (where they assigned me an agent), but I didn't feel like I had found the right agent until I started working with Josh. He has worked so much in this area that he has a great understanding of the market and what might be possible or harder to find in each neighborhood. He was always highly responsive to questions and worked hard on my behalf and shared things he noticed about homes during tours, which I found incredibly useful. When I put in an offer on the condo, he worked diligently to find out unknowns from the sellers. He also counseled me through negotiations extremely well by letting me come up with my numbers and justifications first and then working with me to adjust these based on the market and his experience, so that I actually ended up asking for (and receiving) more funds to renovate the space than I had anticipated. All around, he was remarkable to work with and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family, and everyone else.

Josh is an awesome realtor and we feel so lucky to have worked with him! He is extremely knowledgeable about the buying process and helped guide us every step of the way. His patience, kindness and expertise will have us using him as a realtor in the future and we highly recommend him!!
