Never making decisions without our approval. If we didn't understand, she educated us, and supported us. We found her to be professional, well-trained, and easy to work with. We'd use her again in a heartbeat.

Carmen was an absolute joy to work with. She helped us sell our home in less than two weeks. She had great contacts and recommendations for inspections and contractors. She made it super easy to get ready to sell. She also helped us find our new home at the same time. She was very professional and went above and beyond to help us find a place that suited our needs. She was very helpful yet neutral in assessing the homes of the features we were looking at. She simply made sure we had all the information we needed to make informed decisions. She was very knowledgable and knew all the right questions to ask. We had a difficult time finding the right home as were outbid many times, and even a dealt with a very difficult seller's agent that was not very professional. Carmen was very patient, calm, and always looked out for our best interests. We have a small child and Carmen was great with him and offered to keep him entertained so we could focus on the house tours, which was incredibly helpful. We highly recommend her, and would reach out to her again should we need to find another home!

I very much enjoyed working with Carmen. She was on top of the listings and constantly on the look out for houses that she thought we may have missed. She was willing to drive all over town to look at houses that fell into simply "possible" but not "perfect" categories. The primary reason I wanted to work with Carmen is that I know she has the drive to get her clients to the goal line. There were many late nights that I felt like I should not be on a conference call with her, but she never made me feel like I was intruding. I also very much appreciated that she worked directly with our lender to get the closing down sooner than our anticipated date. And to top it off, she is such a sweet human being.
