Calvin walked me through my entire first time home purchase and made me feel so comfortable and excited during the entire process. I knew vaguely what I was looking for, but felt pretty out of my element, and Calvin was great with guiding me and being super honest with his opinions (both positive and negative) on the homes we saw. After finding the perfect house for me, Calvin took so much initiative in scheduling things like home inspections, negotiations, renovations estimates and so much more. Buying a house is an intimidating process, and I cant recommend Calvin enough to help you with your search. I can honestly say that the home buying process was as easy as it could possibly be under Calvins wing!

Wow! 5 stars does not begin to capture such an excellent home buying experience with Calvin. His insight, advice, and comprehensive knowledge made the process of buying a home easier than I could have ever imagined, especially as a first time homebuyer. Calvin Nguyen is an amazing realtor. It took me ~1.5 years to find the place I wanted to setup my family in and he was patient with me the whole time. Calvin is extremely understanding and flexible, he would often work around my schedule, even at the inconvenience to himself. He would tell me right away if a house is in rough shape and he was very honest with his opinion on the place. He allowed me to come to my own conclusions while providing expert insight into the properties. I will be referring all of my family and friends to Calvin's services due to his work ethic, patience and fairness. He organized all remediations to my property and even after closing he is still assisting me with my questions.
