We were moving from California to Oregon and didn't know any realtors but we needed lots of help with relocating. By wonderful luck, we found Chris by way of an internet search. She really listened to our needs and guided us to several great neighborhoods. We flew up to Portland and she took us to several homes in great school districts. After we returned back to L.A., Chris would continue to visit homes we liked and would send us personal video tours. What a huge help! It was really like being there. Never did we feel rushed or that we were imposing on her time. Very patient and protected us from some potential issues. We would highly recommend Chris Hamilton!

Chris helped us buy our first home this year and I feel fortunate to have worked with her. We were intimidated by this market and Chris was patient, knowledgable, and accessible. Chris helped us find a home after we relocated to Portland. She is professional, experienced, and knowledgeable of local neighborhoods and the local market, but also easy going and easy to get along with. She paid attention to what we were looking for and found places that met our criteria, but didn't rush us or push us into making any particular decision - she gave us her objective feedback, both pros and cons of the different houses we looked at. Chris's experience also was a benefit to us in making a purchase decision - what electrical systems might be a problem? Where was there already earthquake retrofitting? Where is there evidence of water damage showing? And also, what were the special aspects of the houses we looked at? If you're looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Portland area, we highly recommended Chris!

Chris knows the Portland area very well. But what she is very good at was getting to know what I needed in a house and what features I was looking for. Although her days were full and organized, she was very flexible to accommodate my unpredictable and hectic schedule and we visited as many houses as it took until we found the perfect condo!. She is very punctuate, amazingly patient and understanding. She was always prepared with more information about each property so that comparison between them was possible. She even would go see the houses before I did and would pass the information to me so I can properly prioritize- she was above and beyond the expectations! No wonder all my friends in Portland highly recommended Chris. When I would visit the houses with these friends, her previous clients- she would keep our focus, time and itinerary without any slips. In addition to email or phone she often sent texts to make sure that my questions are answered. She was always available and accessible. During the closing process, Chris explained all the details of the process, kept on following that I complete each step timely. She answered all questions and inquires I had. And all of these procedures took place during Corona Pandemic ! Chris is very professional but also warm and friendly. Chris became a good friend that I consult with on other matters regarding the city and always look forward to hearing from.
